DAY 1: FLIGHT TO MOSCOW
Meeting at the airport and flight via a stopover in Moscow. Arrive in magnificent Moscow in the afternoon. Upon arrival, we meet with our guide and transfer to the hotel for immediate check-in. After resting, we will have free time to enjoy our dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 2:MOSCOW-CITY TOUR
We start our day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. We then prepare for a panoramic tour of Moscow, where we will enjoy some of the city's most iconic sights. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to admire the exterior of Lenin's Mausoleum, the historic site where the body of the father of the Russian Revolution is kept,and feel the imposing atmosphere of Red Square, one of the most recognizable places in the world. Our tour continues with a stunning view of St Basil's Cathedral, with its impressive, colourful domes, an architectural marvel that is a symbol of Moscow. The exterior of the church offers excellent photo opportunities and unforgettable moments. Next, we will pass by the famous GUM department store, a stunning example of architecture and tradition that combines luxury with history. We will have the opportunity to see this magnificent shopping mall from the outside and enjoy the view of its impressive facade, which embraces Red Square.The program includes a stop at the impressive Zaryadye Park, a modern architectural gem, where we will enjoy magnificent views of the Moskva River and the city. Here, we will stop to take photos with Red Square and the surrounding sights as a backdrop. After the tour, we will have free time to enjoy lunch at one of the local restaurants or cafes in the area. We sample traditional Russian dishes, such as borscht or pelmeni, and relax before continuing our exploration. Free time for dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 3: MOSCOW-SUBWAY AND ARBAT PEDESTRIAN ROAD
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our day with a walk along Arbat, one of the oldest and most picturesque pedestrian streets in Moscow. Here we will find street artists, traditional cafes, local shops and a lively atmosphere. Arbat Street is ideal for enjoying our walk and feeling the pulse of Moscow. Then we will immerse ourselves in the magic of the Moscow Subway, which is not just a means of transport, but a living museum. Each station is decorated with impressive marbles, sculptures and mosaics, making our journey unique. We will tour some of the most beautiful and famous stations, discovering the history and art that distinguishes them. In the afternoon we will have an unforgettable experience in the imposing Kremlin and its historic temples. We tour the imposing walls and temples with their golden domes and unique frescoes, showcasing Russia's rich cultural heritage. We discover the magic of this historical complex and let ourselves travel through the centuries. We enjoy our lunch and dinner in any restaurant of our choice. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 4: MOSCOW - FREE DAY
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, your day will be free to explore Moscow as you wish. We suggest you discover the charm of the lesser known, but equally impressive parts of the city. You can visit the Serpikhov Kremlin, a quiet and picturesque destination, or enjoy a walk in Muzhikov Park, a lush green space full of natural beauty and outdoor activities. You can also visit the Central Museum of Russian Art or admire the impressive architecture of the Centre for Contemporary Art. You will have time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city and discover its hidden gems. In the evening we will visit a Church for the Easter service. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 5: MOSCOW-ST.PETERSBURG
After breakfast and check-out from the hotel, we will transfer to the railway station to board the fast Sapsan train to St. Petersburg. The Sapsan fast train is one of the most comfortable and fastest ways to travel from Moscow to St. Petersburg. With speeds of up to 250 km/h, the Sapsan combines comfort with efficiency. The train offers modern amenities such as spacious seats, Wi-Fi and a café-restaurant to enjoy a meal on the go. Its seats are configured to offer comfort, whether we choose economy or business class. During the journey, we'll have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Russian countryside through the large windows, while the quiet movement of the train makes the journey even more relaxing. Upon arrival, we will have the opportunity to discover St. Petersburg with a city tour, accompanied by an experienced guide who will take us into the heart of the history and art of this unique city. Free time for lunch and dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 6: ST.PETERSBURG-CITY TOUR
After breakfast, we will continue our tour of the magnificent St. Petersburg. The tour includes a visit to the historic Castle of St. Peter and Paul, one of the most important symbols of the city. Our guide will take us to the heart of Russian history, explaining the strategic importance of the castle and its function as a prison. Here we will also find the St. Petersburg History Museum and the tombs of the Russian Tsars in the Cathedral Church of St. Peter and Paul, one of the most impressive churches in the city. In the afternoon, we will head to St. Isaac's Cathedral, one of Russia's largest and most impressive religious buildings. Here, our guide will reveal the history of the church, its extraordinary architecture and the stunning views from the observation deck, where we will enjoy a panoramic view of the city and Neva. A visit to these two important sites will give us a complete picture of St. Petersburg, with its historic buildings and religious heritage blending seamlessly. We leave our imagination free for lunch, while dinner will be enjoyed at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY 7: ST.PETERSBURG
After breakfast, our day will begin with a stunning visit to the Palace of Peterhof, often referred to as "Russian Versailles". With its majestic palace and magnificent gardens, we will be transported to an era of royal splendor. Our guide will lead us through the impressive gardens, where we will admire the characteristic fountains and their golden statues, and learn about the history and importance of the palace as the summer residence of the Tsars. Alternatively, we will visit Pushkin Palace, one of the most beautiful and imposing historical sites in St. Petersburg. As we tour its exquisitely decorated rooms, we will travel back in time, revealing the stories of the emperors and great writers associated with this historic building. We will have the opportunity to admire the exceptional art collections, luxurious furniture and impressive architecture, while experiencing the atmosphere of Russian aristocracy of the 18th and 19th centuries.In the afternoon, we will visit Hermitage, one of the most famous art museums in the world. We will have the opportunity to enjoy the masterpieces of great artists, focusing on Renaissance and Baroque works, as well as exhibitions of Russian and European painters. The Hermitage tour will reveal the incredible variety of artworks and the history of the museum. A day full of art and history that will surely leave an indelible imprint on our memories. DAY 8:ST.PETERSBURG- THESSALONIKI
After breakfast transfer to the airport and flight via a stopover to Thessaloniki. Return home full of beautiful images and memories.
